Becoming Jane

Anyone who is JANE has suffered through a lifetime of "Jane-isms". There are the references to Dick and Jane ("Look Dick! See Jane Run.), Plain Jane ( not me, but I always longed for the fancy "y" that my girlfriend Jayne possessed), the anonymous Jane Doe (anonymous! Me? Certainly not!), Calamity Jane (yes, often, just ask my friends) and the granddaddy of them all... "Me Tarzan, You Jane" (while the offender beats his chest and howls) Recently on TV we have been treated to the the perky and spunky knight-to-be Jane in Jane and the Dragon(now that's my kind of girl). Thus, the new name of my blog "Jane in the Jungle" After all, "It's a jungle out there."
