Our Moment is Now

In Barack Obama's words, "There is a moment in the life of every generation when, if we are to make our mark on history, the spirit must break through. This is the moment. This is our time."

Last night was euphoric. I am so glad I acted on my feelings and dreams and got involved with the Obama campaign. It was an amazing time.

The hooping and hollering and tears of joy have been shed replaced by a weird sort of floating feeling. There are no more phone calls to make, walk packs to complete or doors to knock on. Sort of like post show blues. Now it should get really exciting!
